Refuge of Embers

The story follows the protagonist Biorne as the world he knows changes, causing him to discover a deeper purpose. Biorne lives a simple life with his friends in a remote frontier town on the edge of the known world, an impenetrable ring of dense forest filled with deadly animals. Events take place, which forces him to travel to the huge capital of Faruvin, where he will inevitably meet many interesting characters and situations. How will Biorn and his friends react to the strange new world they find themselves in?
